RSA

If you work, or want to work for licensed premises that hold a general, on-premises, packaged liquor or late night licence you must have successfully completed a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course approved by the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR).

The coures is 4 hours face to face covering the laws and regulations governing the supply of alcohol.

Course Outline

Enroling in the RSA course students will leave with understanding the role they play in providing a responsible service of alcohol.  Staff supplying alcohol do have a profound impact on your business and clients, and those staff serving alcohol are able to regulate clients consumtion levels.  Having this knowlege will empower staff to be pro-active in controlling the potential problems associated with over supply of alochol and patrons behaving poorly.  The RSA course also discusses underage recognition and minors working in a licenced premises, this is a valuable component in todays every changing society.
